Redlight

Float Tank/ Sensory Deprivation Chamber

Sensory deprivation tanks, also known as isolation tanks or float tanks, are designed to eliminate external stimuli, creating an environment for unparalleled relaxation. Sensory deprivation lends itself to stress reduction, improved sleep quality, and general pain relief. Compression Boots

Nordic compression boots offer a range of benefits for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and anybody else looking to improve circulation and muscle recovery. The boots use intermittent pneumatic compression to apply pressure to the legs in cycles, mimicking natural muscle contractions. Nordic compression boots help promote blood flow by enhancing venous return, which reduces pooling of blood in the lower extremities. This supports oxygen and nutrient delivery to muscles. The boots can help decrease delayed onset muscle soreness by flushing out lactic acid that accumulates during exercise.
