Will I feel claustrophobic?

What if I fall asleep?
Many people do — and that's fine. The salt water keeps you floating safely. If you roll toward the edge, you'll feel the wall and naturally reorient.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself. Towels, earplugs, and shower facilities are provided. Don't shave or wax within 24 hours — the salt will sting.
How is the water kept clean?
The high salt concentration is naturally antimicrobial. Between every session, the entire tank volume is filtered through a multi-stage UV + filtration system. It's cleaner than a pool.
